DOWNRIGHT DEMO FIELD TEAM KEY FOCUS AREAS
Downright Demolition is a leader in deconstruction, demolition, and abatement in the Alberta market. Downright Demolition is part of the Mosaic Home Services Group, and we are looking to add to our Downright team.
Key responsibilities and areas of focus for this role:
- Interior demolition of walls, drywall, wood and steel studs
- Working around electrical and gas lines
- Interior demolition of t-bar and drywall ceilings
- Select concrete removal
- Removal of carpet, tile, & hardwood flooring
- Removal of doors and door frames
- Working with a team of fellow demolition labourers
- Removal of mill work, kitchen cabinets, and furniture
- Equipment operator is beneficial
The successful applicant will exhibit the following traits:
- Experience in demolition and/or restoration
- A class 5 drivers license
- Valid First Aid preferred
- Fall Arrest preferred
